Laura Izard is our Principal Consultant and Founding Partner.
With a career that has spanned decades within recruitment across multiple continents, Laura has built a powerful reputation for delivering results. Initially commencing within the agency environment, Laura rapidly gravitated to the in-house management consultancy industry, specialising in placing partners and professionals into the fast-paced consultancy space.
An inquisitive operator with a thirst for knowledge and challenge in equal measure, Laura’s career has seen her also operate internally, most recently at PA Consulting, where she further honed her market reputation for working with career returners and those re-entering the workforce after a period of sabbatical.
The warmth in our approach is derived directly from Laura, the embodiment of the personal professional. Always at hand with an encouraging word or considered guidance – her unique insight, powerful instinct and commitment to care can be felt and seen throughout all placements undertaken by Organic Leadership.
