Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Much of our work is one to one coaching. The philosophy we adopt is that the coaching is a relationship of equals and that the client has total ownership of the agenda. We contract clearly at the outset to agree the outcomes required for success and continually review progress against these outcomes. If requirements change we re-contract. This enables clear results without being constrained.

Our coaching is informed by Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. One of the key beliefs we hold is that change comes from working with what is and that the very bringing to awareness of something can often begin the process of change.

We therefore work with clients’ awareness, their emotions and their beliefs.

The relationship we develop together is very important. Support and trust need to build at the same time and these lay the foundation for challenge and change.

A coaching relationship with lots of support and no challenge is likely to become wishy washy and not lead to change. A relationship with all challenge and no support will be dangerous for the client and the coach and trust is often lacking.
